The consignment
program has been established to get retailers and repair companies
started without having to make an investment before deciding if
they want to carry the Pioneer Product Lines. The program is only
available to companies that have not done a consignment program
in the past and to those companies that are not Partnered currently
with Technalign.
If you wish
to just purchase the products and become a Technalign Partner, you
may select any of the products and pay the normal Partner discount.
You will receive an NFR (Not for Resale) copy of the products you
order for use in your store. You'll also receive a NFR of CrossOver
Professional.
The program
works in this method:
Contact an MSR
or Account Manager at Technalign and let them know you want to carry
some of the Pioneer Products at your location via the consignment
program..
Select the products
you would like to carry at your company, you will receive 1 or 2
of each (let us know if you want 1 or 2 of the products for MigrationSERVER,
Stagecoach and Basic with Nero while the OEM and Basic you will
receive 2 each, which is a minimum consignment order)

You will
receive a not for resale copy of the products you select for use
by you to display to your customer without registration numbers.
Registration numbers will be provided after purchase of retail products.
- After selecting
the products, you will need to send an email to your MSR (at the
end of this page) stating that you are carrying products on consignment.
- The consignment
agreement is for a period of 30 days upon receipt.
Products
MUST be returned at the end of 30 days and received in 10 days upon
the issuance of an RMA, products unreturned must be paid for

need an RMA number that will be provided to you by your MSR or

An invoice at
the full retail pricing of the products will be included along with
a packing list
If purchasing
products at the end of the trial, you will be charged at the partner
discount

I, (your name
here), agree that the products sent to (your company name here)
will be returned unopened and in unused condition after the consignment
of any products I do not purchase. Products are sent to me and/or
the company I represent on consignment for a period of 30 days and
will be returned or I will purchase the whole set of products or
a portion thereof at my Partner discount. I have full authority
to request this consignment from Technalign by the company I represent.
I understand that this is a consignment and that if I return these
products, they must be returned within 10 days to Technalign at
the address provided after I receive my RMA number. Any or all products
remain the property of Technalign, Inc. unless I purchase them and
that the products are being provided on a consignment basis. I understand
that I will receive an invoice for the full amount of the products
with partner discounts displayed on the invoice along with a packing
slip as well when I receive the products. I understand that I will
be invoiced after the consignment challenge based on the partner
program I select for any products I purchase. Any products not purchased
must be returned within 10 days.
I will setup
a display once I receive the products and show them to my customers,
or I will demonstrate the system to individuals and/or companies
on a laptop. I understand Technalign will assist with any issues
I have and assist in supporting me in any sales I make.
If I fail to
return the products to Technalign within 10 days after the end of
my 30 day consignment, I understand that I will be sent to collections
to collect the amount of the products stated on the invoice. I also
understand that I will be responsible for any and all collection
charges related to these products. I understand that I require an
RMA number before the return of the product(s) to Technalign and
if I do not ship my products with an RMA number that I may not be
credited for the return.
