Partner is someone who sells and supports Technalign Pioneer
Linux products. A Partner may also sell addon products from
our key partner ISVS network including, but not limited
to Appgen MyBooks accounting, HIATLANTIS, Userful, commissions
on dialup sales and so on. |

receives a 25% discount on all products purchased from Technalign.
A Partner receives limited support based on sales volume.
To receive full support on our base products, a Partner
must purchase $50.00 of products per month. |

Silver
Partner
A Silver
Partner has made a commitment to learn our Pioneer product
line including the base desktops and Server products. A
Silver Partner also receives all products from Technalign
including Servers and Stage Coach. |

Silver Partner also receives a Store copy of CrossOver
Professional 6.0 and Appgen MyBooks Accounting software

certified in Linux with either Technalign or other Linux

OEM
A
Technalign OEM manufacturers computers for resale, either
for themselves or other companies. An OEM program provides
you with support for your specific hardware configuration.
OEMS Support the operating system as well as their hardware.

| Each
configuration certification requires you to send your system
to us and we will run it through our certification testing
program for only $2,500.00 per unit. You may also sell
hardware that is not certified of course. The program
costs $500.00 per year and lists you as one of our OEMS
as well as a press release at the time you have signed up
for the program. You are also provided 10 copies of the
OEM. OEMS are provided discounts based on a scale. |

Solution
Providers
(Mainly
servicing business from SOHO to Enterprise)
A
Technalign Solution Provider is one a Silver Partner and
a company that mainly performs consulting to business.
Solution Providers provide services mainly to business
and not consumers. As a solution provider you would have
a direct link to our build team via email and additional
input on the upcoming business products. We've found that
many do not want the complete functionality of the Basic
on a business desktop and need a different set of features.
Training for Solution Providers is provided at a 25% discount.
Solution Providers must have a minimum of 5 employees.
A Solution Provider receives 20 incidents a month on all
products including HIATLANTIS and all business products
provided by Technalign as well as seat for HIATLANTIS.

Pioneer Dialup services for Linux and get a months credit
on each dialup customer. That's right we'll give you a credit
on your next purchase for $12.95 on each customer you signup.
We cannot support Windows, but the service can be used on
